Pay Information
- Recent Grads/Entry Level: 43 cpm
- 1-11 Months OTR: 45 cpm
- 1-3 Years Experience: 50 cpm
- 3 or more Years Experience: 51 cpm
- Top Base Pay (Based on Melton experience): 56 cpm

- Lay Over Pay: $50 after 48 hrs, $75 each add’l 24 hrs
- Tarp Pay: $50 per load

- Hazmat Pay: 6 cpm
- Canada Pay: 6 cpm
- Performance Bonus: Up to $5400 Per Year
- Referral Bonus: $500/$1000
Requirements:
- Class A CDL
- 21 Years Old
- Max 4 Moving Violations in Past 3 Years
- Max 3 Preventable Accidents/Incidents in Past 3 Years
- DUI/DWI Must Be At Least 5 Years Old
