Compensation
- Easily Average $95,000-$120,000 for Company Drivers

- 0-1 Years: $31Per Hour, After 1 Year $33 per Hour Loads under 500 miles
- .66cpm 1st year. .71 cpm 2nd year
- Premium pay over 50 hours
Bonuses:
Co. drivers $3,000
O/O $8,000
Referral bonus (both O/O and Co Drivers) $4,500
5% Line Haul Revenue Bonus for 2 years
Run Details
- Average Miles 1,500-3,000 per Week
- No Northeast! Running the 11 Western States and Canada

Requirements:
- Must-Have CDL-A With 1 Year Tractor Trailer Experience in the Last 3 Years or
- 1 Year Tanker Experience in the Last 10 Years. No Tanker Experience? No Problem – We Will Train You!
- Tanker and Hazmat Endorsements
- Must be Willing to Get TWIC Card
Preferred Minimum Requirements:
- 2 yrs. minimum verifiable tractor-trailer experience (within the last 36 mo.)
- No alcohol or drug-related convictions in the past 10 years
- Willing to be clean-shaven to meet safety and respiratory fit test required
- Must pass DOT physical, Pulmonary function test, and Drug Screen
