Driver Pay Rates

| Less than 1 Year | $250/load |
| 1 Year | $255/load |
| 2 Years | $260/load |
| 3 Years | $265/load |
| 4 Years | $270/load |
| 6+ Years | $275/load |
- Paid by load, guaranteed to work 5 days minimum
- Down time pay
- Breakdown pay
- Daily minimum pay when in training

$2,500 SIGN ON BONUS!!

Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
- $50 every week of your referred driver’s first year
- $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months
CDL-A Shuttle/Short-haul/Local Truck Driver Requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- CDL-A with 6 months tractor trailer experience
- Must have 48’-53′ tractor trailer experience
- Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 6 months of experience
