OTR Company Truck Driver Job – Waveland, Mississippi

JNJ Express, Inc. is a family owned and operated truckload carrier based in Memphis, TN. Due to our aggressive growth plan and multiple new opportunities. We at JNJ are currently seeking Independent Contractors (Operate under your own authority), Owner-Operators (lease under our authority), and Company drivers–Team & Solo.

We will be opening terminals in Miami and Jacksonville, FL and have recently opened a terminal in Ellenwood, GA, a suburb of Atlanta. We have bilingual Dispatchers and offer no forced dispatch out of Memphis, TN.Work for a company that gives their drivers the quality of life and respect they deserve. We offer well maintained equipment, 98% no touch freight and a majority of drop and hook situations.   Our International equipment is second to none.

We are excited to announce the release of our NEW PAY PACKAGE from all miles traveled on and after May 2nd, 2021.

  • Base pay for all Non-Hazmat Solo drivers will move to $.50 cents per mile.
  • Base pay for all Hazmat Solo drivers will move to $.55 cents per mile.

Weekly Paid bonus Structure for Both Hazmat and Non-Hazmat is as follows:

  • 2600-2699 is an extra $.03 cents per mile NH .53/H .58
  • 2700-2799 is an extra $.05 cents per mile NH .55/H .60
  • 2800-Plus is an extra $.10 cents per mile NH .60/H .65

Pay Scale:

  • *Hazmat Solo .55+ cpm
  • *Non-Hazmat Solo .50+ cpm
  • Teams (Hazmat & Non) .60+ cpm
  • Hazmat Owner Operator .96+ cpm
  • Non-Hazmat Owner Operator .88+ cpm

Job Requirements:

  • CDL Class A
  • Hazmat Endorsement
  • At least 23 years of age
  • At least 2 years experience
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
