What is destination-based compensation? Destination-based compensation will add additional compensation to ALL loaded and empty miles ran by Team Owner Operators based on applicable load destination locations.

Job Benefits:

• Teams: Earn up to $2.01
• Teams Average 5,500+ miles / week
• Solos: Earn up to $1.81
• Solos Average 2,500+ miles / week

Job Requirements:

• Class A CDL required
• 12 Months of verifiable CDL-A Driving Experience
