This time last year Jerry Wolff was just finishing up a banner first year at TMC. In his first year as a driver, right out of CDL school, he made $77, 000 and was named one of Trucking’s Top Ten Rookies.

Jerry’s first year at TMC was filled with accomplishments, but he still had more he wanted to do. In 2013 he wanted to become a TMC driver trainer and make more money. He also wanted to expand his career with TMC however possible.

In 2013, Jerry reached all of his goals. He became a very successful driver trainer for TMC and exceeded his revenue earnings from 2012. In November, he delivered his last load and turned his black Peterbilt in for a company car. Jerry accepted a position with TMC as a Field Recruiter.

Today, Jerry visits CDL schools in the Southeast region and introduces future drivers to TMC.

Two years ago when Jerry graduated from CDL school, and accepted a job with TMC, he we was looking for stability and opportunity.  He found it at TMC and plans to retire from the company.

“I believe in TMC and their philosophy,” says Wolff. “I loved being a TMC driver and now I get to spread the word about all of the great things about TMC. There are days that I miss my truck, but I am excited about this new opportunity. This is my last company to work for, and I am excited to be a part of TMC. With TMC’s new employee-ownership plan, I feel more than ever that I made the right choice.”
