What You’ll Need to Qualify

• At least 2 years of CDL A experience in the last 3 years
• No DOT preventable in 3 years
• Max 1 minor speeding ticket (under 15 MPH)
• No clearinghouse or cell phone violations
• Truck must be 2000 or newer and ELOG capable
• Your DOT authority must be inactive

If you’ve had your own authority:

• BOLs showing trailer type

Or

• Tax returns from the last 3 years (dry van only)
