Driver Pay Rates

Years of Experience Load Rate
Less than 1 Year $240/load
1 Year $245/load
2 Years $250/load
3 Years $255/load
4 Years $260/load
6+ Years $265/load

  • Paid by load, guaranteed to work 5 days minimum

  • Down time pay

  • Breakdown pay

  • Daily minimum pay when in training

Work & Route

  • Home Daily with occasional need to sleep/ take a break in the truck or hotel room
  • Monday through Friday with occasional weekends as necessary
  • 2018 Kenworth trucks
  • Equipment open-top trailers
  • Haul open-top trailers from Pilgrims plant to customer in Toccoa, GA area
  • Pick up loaded trailer at Pilgrims plant, drop load at customer, return to plan with empty trailer
  • Additional lanes, customers and trailer types as dictated by customer needs
  • Recruiting Areas:
    • 45 mile radius of Chattanooga, TN

Requirements

  • At least 21 years old
  • CDL-A with 1 year of tractor trailer experience
  • Must have 53′ tractor trailer experience
  • Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than a year of experience
