With various commodities and lanes, Montgomery Transport offers flexibility on how YOU want to get paid: percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options.

Pay:

  • Up to .55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase
  • OR
  • Choose 27% of line haul
    • Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 days – 2 years = $1,200 and 2 years+ = $1,300!

Home Time:

  • Montgomery makes sure your home time is MAXIMIZED! We ensure you have a better quality of life and the time you deserve with your family!

Driver Orientation/Loyalty Pay:

  • Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in first 120 days!
  • Loyalty Pay

Flatbed Job Requirements:

  • 1-year CDL-A OTR with at least 6-month flatbed experience
  • No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
  • No DUI in the past 10 years
  • Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
