CDL-A OTR Dry Van Truck Driver Job – Monroe, Louisiana

OTR Class A CDL Dry Van Truck Drivers

  • Up to $0.70/mile based on location. High earners make $96,200!
  • $0.02/mile raise at 6 months based on performance
  • This position runs 4 weeks out with 5 FULL DAYS at home!
  • $500 Orientation Pay + $1500 Sign on Bonus
  • Veterans bonus available with valid DD214.
  • Detention, layover, breakdown, and stop pay options available
  • Our freight runs many states including but not limited to MO, KS, AR, OK, NE, IA, KY, IL, IN, OH, PA, CO, TX, LA, MS, AL, ID, WY, MT, ND, and SD.
  • Paid time off and benefits available
  • Dry van freight – 100% no touch
  • $4,500 Referral Bonus

Lease Purchase Program

Lease Purchase Earnings

  • Earning $1.30/mile + FSC for all loaded and unloaded dispatched miles
  • After all expenses our driver’s average $1,450/week to $1,650/week.
  • $5,000 Sign on bonus – $3,800 over 12 weeks fully offsets your escrow account, then $100/week for 12 weeks
  • $500 Orientation pay (paid on your first paycheck the following Friday)
  • $4,500 Referral bonus if you refer a friend! $600 at referrals first dispatch, then $75/week for up to 52 weeks as long as the referral is hired.
  • $0.005/mile Veterans bonus available with valid DD214.

Lease Purchase Trucks

  • 2023 International – $754/week before incentive – 2.3 year lease
    • International Incentive = $220 (your total payment is equivalent to $534)
  • 2023 Freightliner – $746/week — 2.5 year lease
  • 2024 International – $766/week before incentive – 2.7 year lease
    • International Incentive = $137 (your total payment is equivalent to $629)
  • 2024 Freightliner – $766/week before incentive – 2.9 year lease
    • Freightliner Incentive = $97 (your total payment is equivalent to $669)
  • 2025 Freightliner – $784/week — 5 year lease (limited stock)

Driver Requirements:

  • 6 months of CDL A experience crossing state lines within the last 24 months
  • No more than 3 preventable accidents in 3 year
  • No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
  • No SAP or refusals within 10 years
