Dedicated Dry Van Truck Driver Job – Davenport, Iowa
Dedicated truck driver – Dollar General | Top drivers earn up to $106,000 | Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus
Average pay: $1,380 – $1,690 weekly
Home time: Weekly
Overview
- Haul dry van trailers.
- 100% hand unload freight at Dollar General stores using rolltainers and a liftgate to get freight of all kind from truck to store.
- 3-5 loads per week with multiple stop-offs per load.
- Tuesday-Saturday or Wednesday-Sunday deliveries.
- Drive within IA, IL, IN, MI, MN and WI.
Pay and bonus potential
- Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
- Weekly performance pay.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers.
- $2,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers.
- Paid orientation.
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
- Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training).
