Dedicated Team truck driver | Top drivers earn up to $107,000 | Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus per team
Average pay: $1,630 – $1,990 weekly
Overview
- Double dry van trailers with 100% drop-and-hook freight.
- Drive within all 48 states.

Pay and bonus potential
- Mileage pay (practical miles).
- Accessorial pay for detention and layover.
- Weekly paychecks.
- Earn at least $1,000 per driver in weekly guarantee pay during first 3 months.
- Weekly performance pay.
- Unlimited referral bonus potential.
- $10,000 limited-time sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers.
- $5,000 limited-time sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers.

Qualifications
- Must be a formed team.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Doubles/Triples endorsement required at time of hire.
- HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire.
- Live within 150 miles of Indianapolis, IN.
